Sales Representative Job Vacancy at Flit Company LTD
Join our dynamic sales team to provide excellent service and increase sales across several venues. This work entails the advertising and selling of products, including frequent loading and offloading of sales vehicles, and requires proper utilization of our Flit ecommerce platform to maximize performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Obey the regular phone call schedule to attend outlets in business clothes and on time.
- Load and unload merchandise from sales trucks at each location as part of inventory control.
- Use the Flit ecommerce software to efficiently track and process sales operations.
- Develop rapport with consumers by understanding their problems and offering solutions.
- Conduct stock assessments and recommend orders to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Use a mobile device to process sales transactions and conduct all administrative tasks related to outlet visits.
- Validate and confirm order details with clients, responding to any issues.
- Collect data on sales efforts to aid in ongoing performance development.
Performance Metrics:
- Begin the morning by loading the sales truck with merchandise for delivery.
- Install the Flit ecommerce app to check in at stores and organize sales appointments.
- Interact consumers to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Identify sales possibilities, suggest restocking orders, and resolve objections.
- Finalize sales, take orders via mobile device, and handle non-order scenarios.
- Offload the relevant supplies at each location and make sure they are properly stocked.
- Greet customers, provide information about the next visit, and remove any returns or empties.
- Review the day’s results to improve future sales techniques.
Support Framework:
- Get coaching from knowledgeable team members.
- Equip yourself with sales resources and instruments in order to succeed.
- Receive instruction in product knowledge, sales skills, and Flit app usage.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with at least one year of sales experience.
- Operational excellence with digital toolsets
- Great customer involvement skills.
