We now have a great opportunity for an energetic person to become part of our Audit team as a Personal Assistant. This role will be located in our Tanzanian office.

The main goal of the job

The person in charge will provide efficient support to client-facing teams while guaranteeing timely completion of tasks in the assigned region.

  • Manage the program of the Partner carrying admitting assignations, cataloging movables , keeping track of all planned meetings and icing that he she is duly advised on the docket as becoming, making trip formations and processing trip charges and claims;
  • Screen incoming and manage gregarious inquiries. Sort out correspondence and other documents while icing that the Partner’s form is over to date and confidentiality is maintained;
  • accompany to mates, directors and Seniors questions and requests for data either physically or online;
  • Make requests on behalf of directors to spread information to guests;
  • Draft common denominator and other communication for the Partner’s blessing, icing that they accord to the establishment’s guidelines;
  • produce templates and prepare letters of engagement for all guests, icing applicable average terms and provisions are attached from the Intranet;
  • observe confidentiality and proper records of the of the of the operation of guests facts;
  • Draft colorful documents for directors and mates hand;
  • these include concurrence and acceptance letters for new guests, review of working papers, and colorful letters as need arises;
  • fix cover letters for gregarious correspondences, figure notes and enrolling gregarious congruity;
  • Record all communication and keep a record of all signed financial statements.
  • Support the department with document formatting and other work, as well as any other allocated activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Applicant must have Bachelor’s Degree in a related field;
  • experience in secretarial training;
  • computer Experience using the suite of Microsoft Office;
  • minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role, within professional services/advisory firm is essential, inclusive of working for more than one manager or director.
  • Working for an internationally recognized Firm is an added advantage.
  • the capacity to use office supplies like printers and photocopiers.
  • possess Tanzanian citizenship or be qualified for employment in Tanzania.
